Qual 01

EASA SPA-100 Certified Training Organization

P1AR is one of the only commercial training providers certified under EASA SPA-100 for Helicopter Hoist Operations (HHO) and Human External Cargo (HEC). This certification requires a documented quality management system, approved courseware, and certified instructors.

FAA Part 133 Class D HEC Qualified

All P1AR instructors and aircrew hold FAA Part 133 Class D Human External Cargo qualifications. This is the highest civilian HEC rating issued by the FAA and is required for hoist operations involving people.

Transport Canada CARS Certified

P1AR programs are certified under Transport Canada Civil Aviation Regulations. Instructors hold Transport Canada Class D HEC qualifications. Programs have been approved by CAA for operations in Canada and compliant partner nations.
